Building Future Leadership is a fantastic initiative currently being promoted and run by MASA. The seminar, which takes place in Jerusalem, is an educational leadership drive showcasing some of world Jewry's finest participants.
 
At the core of the seminar is the desire to successfully build future Jewish leadership. The series of practical and theoretical weekends, spanning three months, is carefully structured to ensure professionalism and learning in a participative environment.
 
The first weekend was a phenomenal success, as evidenced by exciting lectures; educational tours and several brainstorming sessions. At its conclusion, the first seminar planted the seeds for some novel ideas for Jewish social projects.
 
From inception right through until the final departure to Tel Aviv, the seminar was outstanding. The social coordinators, lecturers and group assignments were effectively managed and the full participation of the students was encouraged.
 
Of particular importance were the issues of learning the essence of leadership: its values; characteristics and ability to influence people positively. Other activities included various ice-breakers; historical and educational tours and five-star treatment.
 
In summary this was a one-in-a-million opportunity!
